Warranty & Return Policy

At Omnidirectional LLC, we take pride in the quality and performance of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or experience any issues, please read the following for information on returns, exchanges, and our limited warranty.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every paddle we ship. If you're not satisfied with your paddle purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange—no questions asked.

To be eligible, the product must:

  • Be in like-new condition

  • Include original packaging

  • Not show excessive wear, damage, or abuse

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or due to our error.

To start a return, please contact us with the contact form with your order number.

Warranty Policy

All Omnidirectional paddles come with a 6-month limited warranty covering:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Delamination

  • Core breakdown or loose handle

What’s Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g. scratches, fading, edge guard scuffing)

  • Damage from misuse, negligence, or modification

  • Paddles purchased from unauthorized resellers

  • Damage from prolonged exposure to extreme conditions

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

To file a warranty claim, please contact with:

  • Proof of purchase

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the defect

We may request the paddle be returned for inspection before a replacement or refund is issued.

Exchanges

If you'd prefer a different model or size, we’re happy to help with an exchange within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to the same return conditions above. Any price difference will be invoiced or refunded.

Gift Returns

Received a paddle as a gift and want to exchange it? Just email us with the order number (if available) or the buyer's name/email and we’ll help you through the process.
